Definitions
Website – an online portal accessible at www.gindana.lt;

User – any person (both natural and legal persons) who has submitted a price request on the website;
Visitor – any person (both natural and legal) using the Website;
Services – GINDANA Bunkering & Oil Trading Services. The term “services” includes all services which appear on the Website.

GINDANA protects the privacy of our customers, and as a result of this policy we present in a clear and transparent manner the principles governing the collection, storage and processing of information about visitors and / or users on our website.
This policy applies when you visit the GINDANA web site, send a price request or order services from GINDANA. By browsing the GINDANA website or using the services provided, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
The data of GINDANA visitors (users) is collected, stored and processed in accordance with the General Regulation on Personal Data, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Electronic Communications, other related legal acts and instructions of the controlling authorities.
